CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation, the premium paid for the insurance product will be refunded by direct credit or cheque according to the policy of the insurance company from which you have chosen to purchase the product. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@experiya.in along with the policy number and reason for cancellation.

REFUND POLICY

In case of refund due to incorrect transaction or cancellation, the premium paid for the insurance product will be refunded by direct credit or cheque as per the applicable policy of your respective insurance company. Refunds are processed within 7-14 working days subject to insurer processing timelines.

BROKER SERVICE FEE

Please note that any broker service charges or advisory fees paid to Experiya Insurance Broker LLP are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

FREE LOOK PERIOD

Most life insurance policies come with a free look period of 15-30 days from the date of receipt of the policy document. During this period, you may cancel the policy and receive a refund of the premium paid, subject to deductions as per the insurer's policy.
