POLICY REGARDING PROVISIONS OF DOCUMENTS

An electronic copy of the policy will be supplied to the email address provided at the time of purchase for any insurance products or services purchased from the Experiya Insurance Broker LLP website, approved in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the specific insurance provider. Either Experiya Insurance Broker LLP, the relevant insurance carrier, or both will email you the soft copy.

Within a period of two to three weeks of the insurance policy being purchased, or as soon as otherwise allowed by applicable law or regulation, the insurance company will also supply hard copies of the policy documents.

ELECTRONIC DELIVERY

Policy documents including the policy schedule, terms and conditions, and endorsements will be delivered electronically to your registered email address within 24-48 hours of policy issuance.

PHYSICAL DELIVERY

Hard copies of policy documents will be dispatched within 2-3 weeks of policy issuance to your registered address, subject to the guidelines of the respective insurance company.

DUPLICATE DOCUMENTS

If you require duplicate policy documents, please contact us at support@experiya.in or call +91-7769000095. We will assist you in obtaining the same from the respective insurance company.
